AGENDA: 9.00 – 12.00
Including coffee break
- Welcome
- Live Demo of BD Research Cloud – 20 minutes
In this session, we will present a live demonstration of BD© Research Cloud, built by the creators of FlowJo™ Software. This free software ecosystem will bridge and integrate all your flow cytometry workflow steps.
You will see firsthand how this powerful tool can help enabling scientists to more easily design reagent panels including the use of the BD Spectral Hotspot Matrix, connect instruments with data analysis software, manage scientific collaborations, track reagent inventory and much more.
- FlowJo Workflow Workshop – 2 hours
This practical session is designed to help you maximize your data analysis capabilities and streamline your workflows using the FlowJo Software. Our expert will guide you how to perform the essential steps such as quality checks, data clean up, dimensionality reduction, clustering analysis as well as how you can compare data sets.
- Key Topics:
-
- Quality checks and data clean up using tools like FlowAI, FlowClean, and PeacoQC
- Dimensionality reduction techniques such as tSNE, UMAP and TriMap
- Clustering algorithms as FlowSOM, PhenoGraph, and X-shift
- Post clustering analysis and characterization with Cluster Explorer, HyperFinder, Violin Box,MEM, Embed, T-rex
